Hi Everyone....As most of you know, our last house fell through due to past and present termite issues. I traveled back to Wilmington on the weekend of Sept. 18th (my birthday) and found our new house. It is located four blocks from the Cape Fear River and five blocks from downtown. The house was built in 1999 but designed to blend in with the other historic houses in the area. We are planning to close on October 11th and I will be down there by the 14th.
