Branches operating in the United States
when it closed it ceased operations in 2010
(according to a report on ml-implode.com).
The company had hundres of employees including
over 900 loan officers scattered in over
300 branch locations in the United States.
A press release on Ellie Mae's web site
noted that Apex Lending had become
a top 20 branch. The company was based in
Clearwater, Florida.
